Team Results for the Weekend of March 9th

It is always fun for me to be at the races and see Team RFOM dominate!  I was timing the Prince of Peace Precious Feet 5K this past weekend and got to see Glen Feller, Matt Brass, and Juan Soto* cruise to some fast times at the front of the race.  We also had a strong showing at the Dirty Spokes Duathlon this past weekend as well.   Here is the run down:

Precious Feet 5K
Glen Feller - 16:53 - 1st Overall
Matt Brass - 19:25 - 3rd Overall
*Juan Soto - jogged an easy 19:28 unofficial in preparation for the Publix Marathon this upcoming weekend

Dirty Spokes Duathlon
Joseph Holbrook's Team - 1:30:39 - 1st in 2 Person Male
Johnny Garner and Norma Rainwater - 1:38:31 - 1st in 2 Person Co-Ed
Eddie Delacruz - 1:38:42 - 3rd in Age Group and 1st in Mustache
Brian Woodring - 1:46:09 - 4th in Age Group

Jay Cullen Memorial 5K
Corey McIntyre - 20:06 - Can't seem to find results but I will take her word for it!


Silver Comet 10K
Michelle McKenzie - 39:04 - 1st Overall Female!
Maury Watson - 42:15 - 1st Female Masters

We have lots of great options for racing this upcoming weekend with the biggest events being the Fallen Heros of Georgia 5K/10K, the Dirty Spokes Gainesville College Trail Race, and the Publix Marathon/Half-Marathon.  Let us know how it goes!
